Kingwood was established in 1995 by Trevor Williams. Trevor was an experienced plumber who worked for consultancy companies and taught Plumbing & Heating at Lime Grove College West London. He started the company when he returned to the UK after working on major projects including hospitals, hotels and even palatial residences overseas.
Although specialising in commercial plumbing, the company started small, with trusted colleagues and family as the workforce, as Trevor knew that this was the best way to build a reputation and a business that would last.
This approach worked, as the company steadily grew, based on word of mouth recommendations from customers who knew they could rely on us for high quality workmanship, excellent customer care, affordable prices, and honest assessments of what was needed, not just the first time, but every time, they called us.

The company is now headed up by Trevor’s son Mark, who has been with the company from the start.
We continue to grow and to take on more work, now also offering a full range of domestic plumbing services, and also, for the first time in our history, having a website, but we continue to be a family business that only works with people we can trust and that never outsources any of our services.
This gives us the ability to guarantee our quality, prices and workmanship that simply isn’t possible in companies using third party contractors or acting as franchises of larger companies.
We have Gas Safe and Skill Card Accreditations and are members of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing & Heating Engineering (CIPHE) and Guild of master craftsmen.
All of our plumbers are fully qualified, skilled & professional, and all are trained in the same standards of customer service and values that Trevor placed at the heart of the company when he first founded it.
