Legionella risk assessment
We carry out legionella risk assessments to ensure our customers comply with UK legal requirements to assess their water systems for Legionella every two years.
Our expert engineers test and carry out control work on your system to ensure your systems are safe and compliant with legislation.
We also carry out any treatment work that may be required following an assessment, and ongoing maintenance to ensure your systems continue to meet requirements every time they are assessed.
Gas Safety for property managers and landlords
All residential rental properties by Law require an annual Gas Safety Certificate which has to be provided by a registered Gas Safe Engineer who must conduct a full check of all gas appliances within the property to ensure they are safe to use and working correctly.
All of Kingwood’s boiler engineers and gas engineers are Gas Safe registered and we are able to meet all your Gas Safety Certificate needs either as an ongoing contract or as and when required.
