No call out fee (but one hour minimum charge), and a Fair timing policy. After the first hour any additional time is charged per half hour not per hour, and if a job takes one hour and 5 minutes, we will not be charging you for 1.5 hours.
None of our work is outsourced. The person you speak to on the phone will know the engineer that will be visiting your property to carry out the work. As well as being a fully qualified plumber, the engineer will also be trained in, and committed to, the high levels of customer care that all our clients receive.
These include being prompt to appointments, using plain English to explain the faults and recommended way forward, being neat and tidy in the property, and clearing up when we leave. Whatever the size of the job, the same principles apply.
